MARTIAL ARTS LESSONS FOR KIDS
This class is designed specifically for youngsters aged 7 – 11 years. The children will be pushed and worked hard in this class and will learn much more than just the art of kickboxing and K1.
We work hand in hand with the children’s schools so that we are all reading from the same book.
We do not want the children to just train with us and then go home and start ‘playing up’, we want to help and get involved with them outside the class too. We encourage the children to set targets and goals; we in turn help them reach to reach those goals. We teach them important qualities such as respect, discipline, self-control, self-defence and confidence.
The classes are taught by Giles Richards, who has been voted UK instructor of the year 2009, 2010 and 2012 and is featured monthly in the UK’s largest martial arts magazine, Martial Arts Illustrated.
