GR Martial Arts
MARTIAL ARTS SCHOOLS
GR Martial Arts adult classes consist of K1, Kickboxing and MMA training. All students are pushed hard throughout the duration of the class. Whether your goal is weight loss, fitness or to get ready to compete, we will get you there!
The classes include a mixture of stand-up training, circuit training, pad and bag work, ground skills and MMA and Ju Jitsu techniques.
We also focus on exercises to help students work on strength and conditioning.
The class programs and teams of highly experienced instructors are overseen by Giles Richards, who has been voted UK Instructor of the Year multiple times, and is featured monthly in the UK’s largest martial arts magazine, Martial Arts Illustrated.
